中心介紹 Center introduction

江蘇淮海技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易中心是由江蘇淮?？萍汲?、徐州市科技局和中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)國家大學(xué)科技園聯(lián)合出資設立的，專(zhuān)業(yè)從事技術(shù)成果轉移轉化與技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易的服務(wù)機構。本中心于2018年11月，獲批“江蘇股權交易中心成長(cháng)板掛牌推薦商”資質(zhì)。

Jiangsu Huaihai Technology Property Exchange Center is jointly funded by Jiangsu Huaihai Science and Technology City, Xuzhou Science and Technology Bureau and CUMT National University Science and Technology Park, specialized in the transfer and transformation of technological achievements and technology property rights transaction. In November 2018, the Center was approved as the qualification of "Listing Recommendation on the Growth Board of Jiangsu Equity Exchange Center".

本中心交易板掛牌實(shí)行推薦制度，申請掛牌公司應委托推薦機構會(huì )員推薦，并聘請專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)機構會(huì )員為其掛牌提供相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)；

成長(cháng)板掛牌展示受理條件  Acceptance Conditions for Growth Board listing display

1、依法設立且存續滿(mǎn)12個(gè)月；Established legally and existing for 12 months;

2、業(yè)務(wù)明確，具有持續經(jīng)營(yíng)能力；Clear business, with a going-concern ability;

3、企業(yè)管理規范，依法合規經(jīng)營(yíng)；compliance management, operating in accordance with the law;

4、最近一年營(yíng)業(yè)收入在2000萬(wàn)元以上，或年凈利潤在200萬(wàn)元以上(擁有核心技術(shù)、獨特商業(yè)模式或高新技術(shù)企業(yè)等優(yōu)勢，可不受此條件制約）；The operating income of the latest year is more than 20 million yuan, or the annual net profit is more than 2 million yuan ( enterprises, which have the advantages of core technology, unique business model or high technology, can not be subject to this condition);

5、股交中心要求的其他條件。Other conditions required by the Equity Exchange center.

科技創(chuàng )新板掛牌展示受理條件 Acceptance Conditions of Science and Technology Innovation Board listing display

1、企業(yè)獲得國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)認定；The enterprise has been recognized as a national high technology enterprise;

2、企業(yè)具有較強的技術(shù)創(chuàng )新能力，對其主要產(chǎn)品（服務(wù)）的核心技術(shù)擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權，獲得2項國家授權的發(fā)明專(zhuān)利；The enterprise has a strong technological innovation ability, independent intellectual property rights for the core technologies of its main products (services), and obtained 2 invention patents authorized by the state;

3、企業(yè)屬于“新一代信息技術(shù)、生物技術(shù)、新能源、新材料、高端裝備、新能源汽車(chē)、綠色環(huán)保以及航空航天、海洋裝備、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數據和人工智能”等國家重點(diǎn)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)； 

The enterprise belongs to national key emerging industries, such as the "new generation of information technology, biotechnology, new energy, new materials, high-end equipment, new energy vehicles, green environmental protection, aerospace, marine equipment, internet, big data and artificial intelligence" etc.,;

4、企業(yè)上一年度營(yíng)業(yè)收入不少于2000萬(wàn)元，或者凈利潤不少于200萬(wàn)元（生物醫藥、半導體、新能源行業(yè)的企業(yè)，三年內有經(jīng)中國證券投資基金業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )備案的私募股權、創(chuàng )業(yè)投資基金投資且金額不低于300萬(wàn)元的，可豁免本條營(yíng)收指標要求）;  

The operating income of the enterprise in the previous year shall not be less than 20 million yuan, or the net profit shall not be less than 2 million yuan (Enterprises in the biomedical, semiconductor and new energy industries, which have been invested by private equity or venture capital funds filed by AMAC within three years and the amount over 3 million yuan , may be exempted from the revenue index requirements of this article);

5、股交中心認定的其他條件。Other conditions identified by the Equity Exchange center.
